Double Uterus / Double Vagina is a thing but it’s congenital and pretty rare. The uterus starts off as two ducts that eventually fuse into a single organ during fetal development. Sometimes they don’t fuse completely, leading to two uteruses and sometimes two vaginas.

The first time I bought tampons and pads for a girlfriend I was about 19 and didn’t know there were different sizes so I just grabbed the first package I saw. I don’t recall what it was labeled but it was the kind that women typically get right after giving birth haha.

Nothing wrong with an extra strong tampon. It keeps one honest.

The first time I had to do it was for my wife. When I got to the store I went to the tapon aisle and recreated this meme. Took the selfie with the pads in the back and texted it to my wife asking what size pussy she wears. She thinks im ridiculous, but did laugh.

When I bought some for my partner I was also sent with a list of snacks to buy. I did a much better job at getting the snacks but at least the pads were usable so I could have done worse

She maybe looked offended or confused for about two seconds before she realized I just had no idea what I was doing lol. She told her mom and two sisters who all got a good laugh over it too. She was also rather busty but otherwise short and and kind of petite. I got her a T-shirt as a gift early in our relationship. I’m about 5" 11 and she was about 5" 3. I wear large or medium shirts. So I figured she must wear small to medium. I think I picked a small for her. As soon as she saw it she just started laughing and asked how she was supposed to get her boobs in there. I was hopeless in my teens haha.

My guess is there may also be an H, for Light, Regular and Heavy flow. Besides size its what they are usually designed for.

You’re not wrong, but they call it Super instead of Heavy for some reason. You can get L, R, S, and S+ tampons.

At my worst I was flowing over a S+ in under an hour, but that’s not okay and I’ve got health problems that are causing it. They’re supposed to last around four hours, and you can’t leave them in for more than eight hours or you run infection risks. They can be painful coming out dry, so if you’ve got a lighter flow, you’ll want a lower absorbancy so they’re nice and juicy coming out.

I actually dated a girl who had a chambered pussy. She was born with mild spina bifida, and there was a scar on her tailbone.

Anyhow, she loved doggy style. I’d get going good and then pop the head of my dick into the alcove, she’d cum her brains out.

    Fun times.

Tampons come in many different types, kind of like quarks. Left, right, up, down, charm, strange… but you need at least a specialization in gynecology to be able to recognize most of them. A left or right tampon will usually be good enough, but might permit a bit of spotting.

More exotic tampons are theorized, but have not yet been discovered at the Large Vagdron Collider.

If you don’t know, this doesn’t stand for left and right. It stands for liquid and regular.

There’s variation between people on how much they menstruate. Some people have very light flows, some people have very heavy flows. It also changes a bit over the course of the period - you might start out with a lighter flow, have a heavier flow in the middle, and then end with a lighter flow. You generally want to go with the lightest one you can for comfort reasons.

You might also want a larger one for overnight/if you need to go a longer time without changing. (Imagine being a stealth transgender man and teaching. No time to go to the bathroom all shift, and no way to justify the emergency ☠️ My current part time job I have because public education is no trans allowed where I live is great in that regard, the staff is half trans/nb and my manager helped me find a tampon in an emergency…)

I think they were asking why doesn’t everyone just use the heaviest flow ones all the time, just to be on the safe side — like are they less comfortable than the lighter flow ones for example?

Removing a tampon that isn’t sufficiently soaked is pretty uncomfortable because it irritates the vagina. You also should change the tampon every few hours to avoid toxic shock symptom. If the tampon is too big, it won’t be soaked enough and very uncomfortable to remove.
