I am a South Carolinian. This vile person in no way represents the will of most South Carolinians. I am constantly embarrassed by our politicians. If people of good will in thus state woke up and just went to the polls, we could end the tenure of this evil fool and so many others, but it never happens. I am so very tired of this perpetuation of evil, and I’m so heart sick that so much of it comes from the people I grew up with.

What for me about the new concentration camp was that it would have 1000 inmates but cost 500 million a year to run.

Like wtf? You could buy them all a fucking house each for that. Every year. But hey, fuck food stamps right.

The goal isn’t to safely and effectively house people awaiting due process for immigration offenses.

The goal is to create a brutal inhumane quasi-death camp to eradicate scapegoat ethnicities and to provide a slush fund for pro-Nazi state governments and their jackbooted SS.

Also they’re generally chill. I grew up in South Florida and have encountered more than my fair share while canoeing, and outside of breeding season you can walk right up to them and give them a slap and tickle and they couldn’t be fucked to give you any grief.

That, and alligators don’t really see people as food, unless you are a small child playing near the edge of the water at dusk. They can be defensive of their personal space and breeding territory, but they’d much rather be 10ft away from you than attacking you.

Source: Spent a week kayaking in a burning swamp absolutely filled with alligators. They just want to sit in the sun and be left the fuck alone.

The combat vest is because they really really want someone to take a shot at them because that way they can actually be the victim they envision themselves as.

If she just wandered around on the street not wearing anything no one would know who she was and would totally ignore her. That’s totally unacceptable so out comes the combat vest.

It’s crazy to look at these people and just see the layers of the onion. Here is a person who knows she’s doing wrong. It’s written on her face. And yet, she puts on a defensive layer and keeps right on trudging forward with tears in her eyes as she digs deeper and deeper into her hole.

Mike Johnson is another one of these. You can look at him and know that his smug little grin is a thin veneer trying to keep the outside world from realizing that he knows how wrong he is and somewhere in there absolutely hates himself. Even with Trump and Vance, it’s written all over their faces. They spend every day fighting it, denying it, trying not to let themselves look, but you can see in their eyes that they can’t help it. They know, and they keep on anyway despite themselves.

It would be so easy for any of them to just let go of all that and start trying to help people. To listen to that part of themselves they desperately try to shut up day in and day out. To stop feigning ignorance and try to make things better. They could pick any second to just stop poisoning themselves for a sake of a sunken cost cult mentality held up by people who feel just as sick about their own decisions.

I know these people. This hate is their real religion. They listen to the sermons of Fox News and conservative radio more then their actual preacher and more then their own families. One of them has a homoerotic, nearly pornographic, and very much photoshopped poster of Donald Trump hanging in his workshop. Another has 25% of his workshop covered in conservative bumper stickers. Their hatred for “others” and their condescension for anyone with empathy is their pride.

    Jesus would be ashamed.

    Matthew 25:32

32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

    James 2

6 But you have dishonored the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court? 7 Are they not the ones who are blaspheming the noble name of him to whom you belong?

8 If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right.

15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

18 But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.” Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds.

    Acts 2

32 All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. 33 With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all

34 that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales 35 and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.

    Matthew 24

24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

“eat the rich” and “grab the guillotine” can be seen as having the same vibe (“all “undesirables” to be murdered”). Maybe violence shouldn’t be the answer for either side, or maybe it is the answer for one side. I’m not going to advocate for it here, but I will say, we are a larger crowd… maybe don’t fuck with us?

Yes. But people are people. Just like not all us poors are innocent, not all them richs are evil. “eat the rich”, for example, sets a presence of blanketed violence that we will never be able to escape. Preemptively killing someone because they might do evil isn’t really any difference in end result to where we are now. The “undesirables”, as they’ve been stated earlier, are not all innocent, and the USA government is kicking all of them out, because some of them might be evil (same as killing all the rich, because some of them are evil). I’m all for protecting the innocent, but the cost for doing so cannot be to kill other innocents. I don’t have answers, only criticisms, which is one reason I never got into politics. And, in case it wasn’t clear, these concentration camps they’re proposing are abysmal, evil, and likely illegal (like that ever stopped them before).

Fair point. Maybe that’s the disconnect. To me, ‘rich’ covers a whole slew of people that aren’t even close to billionaires. Someone who is living very comfortably and has, say, £200k in the bank, to me, would be considered rich.

I don’t think you understand that quote. “Eat the rich” is part of the full quote, “when the people shall have nothing more to eat, they will eat the rich”. It’s not about killing rich people, it’s about class struggle and avoiding the situation where the wealthy have accumulated so much that the people are starving. In other words, it’s a warning to the rich not to take so much that they are the only food left.

If you’re good with murder, stop talking about it, then, and start acting. But keep in mind, there are worse fates than death.

so in the face of stripping human rights from vulnerable people, you willfully side with the fascists doing said human rights violations. I am from Germany and we went through our history thouroughly in school and I can guarantee you one thing: Any person that advocated for the Nazi cause, were part of the Nazis (even mere infantery cannonfodder), or silenced critiquers were tried in the Nürnberg (Nuremberg) trials as fully guilty. So when the MAGA craze settles, and people look at this situation with a 20 20 vision, I hope you are aware at what you are promoting here. The Hague is there for a reason and any sane person in the western world is just waiting for the trials to begin.

That’s how the french revolution went. Not a great outcome in the short term for most people involved. Violence, no matter how justified, has a tentency to spin out of control.
