Former President Donald Trump claimed Thursday, as many others at the RNC did, that while he was president the world was at peace.

“Our opponents inherited a world at peace and turned it into a planet of war,” he also claimed later in his speech.

Ok, I was just gonna upvote but this one deserves a hearty Fuck You Donald.

Probably time to learn that those who have decided to vote from Donald do not care about his lies. They have somehow been enchanted by this man.

No, we all learned that ages ago. That doesn’t mean we don’t care if he lies.

Yeah it’s not like it’s against one of the 10 commandments which they are all in love with. Like say number 9.

We could lose half the articles and just make one post each day that says, Trump Opens Mouth. Lies Fall Out.

Thing is, the more articles about Trump lying, no matter how normal it is, would bring it to the attention of more people. The more people the message reaches that convicted felon and rapist Trump is a pathological liar as well, the more likely the uneducated mass of swing state voters will not vote for Trump.

Social media is not a reliable way to spread news since the algorithms tailor content for each individual person so the average swing state voter may not ever see posts about Trump being quite possibly one of the worst pieces of shit to exist.

Yeah, but the real question is whether it was intentional or his mind slipping.

Ah you’re saying trump got these 20 facts wrong during his speech, should the Republican party start looking at replacements?

Why would they? They’re a cult.

It’s a good thing Democrats aren’t. Can you imagine being stuck with an unpopular candidate with a record of deeply controversial policy choices who is exhibiting signs of mental decline? Glad we’re not a cult.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Former President Donald Trump touted the “Right to Try” law he signed in 2018 in his convention speech Thursday, which gave terminally ill patients easier access to experimental medications that haven’t yet received approval from the Food and Drug Administration.

A Pentagon spokesperson, Maj. Charlie Dietz, said in June that “given Russia’s long history of Cuban port calls, these are considered routine naval visits, especially in the context of increased US support to Ukraine and NATO exercises.”

And while it is certain that at least some criminals have joined law-abiding Venezuelans in a mass exodus from the country amid the economic crisis of the last decade, there is no proof Venezuela’s government has deliberately emptied prisons for migration purposes or intentionally sent ex-prisoners to the United States.

Last month, the Biden administration invoked an authority to shut off access to asylum for migrants who cross the US-Mexico border illegally, a significant attempt to address one of the president’s biggest political vulnerabilities.

Inflation’s rapid ascent, which began in early 2021, was the result of a confluence of factors, including effects from the Covid-19 pandemic such as snarled supply chains and geopolitical fallout (specifically Russia’s invasion of Ukraine) that triggered food and energy price shocks.

At one point, the video featured Reagan’s voice asking if, compared to four years ago, “Is America as respected throughout the world as it was?” On-screen text answered the question with the words “allies no longer trust the United States,” attributing them to a September 2021 article in Foreign Affairs magazine.

The original article contains 7,012 words, the summary contains 241 words. Saved 97%. I’m a bot and I’m open source!
