Lactose free milk exists
As a lactose intolerant person, my solution is peanut butter. Just fucking full spoons of the stuff. Probably not for everyone, and is a bit high in fat and low on carbs in extremis, but it’s decently balanced all things considered and requires very little effort while remaining quite cost-effective.
Definitely gonna need some water on hand, though.
I’d rather just eat a can of beans. Preferably with rice, but I can do without.
