Then you wake up realizing you’re now super behind schedule getting shit done, so the cycle starts anew - except now you’re paranoid that someone will catch you “abusing” your meds & you’ll lose access to them permanently.

On the other hand you’re well rested, and you now have a lifeline strategy for when you need to sleep, have time to sleep, but are too overtired and anxious to get to sleep.

        1. A single good night’s sleep never makes up for a single bad night - it usually takes several consecutive nights of good sleep, and some experts say the damage from one bad night can never be fully recovered from. There’s plenty of info out there about this if you doubt me.

        2. You’re assuming such a reaction to the combo will always (or even usually) be consistent & predictable. I wish that were true.

Man I just started that stuff as a 45 year old man with a toddler.

I put brakes on my car for the first time ever Saturday.

Like yay glad I did it!! . But c’mon man. That shit sucked. Haha

I did truck brakes recently for the first time. I was like, “what size socket do I need for the spindle? Guess I’m walking to Autozone “

      Only ever done cars before.

Damn, I thought this was just me. The internet has quelled another worry of mine. Praise Lemmy.

I can relax in bed really well after taking my meds and also doze off, though the sleep quality ends up being total horseshit. :/
