The vehicle looks like a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Its max tow capacity depends on the engine, of course, but from what I found, it’s generally between 6,000 and 7,000 lbs (~2.7-3.2 metric tons). The trailer is a Roka Werk “Contrailer” food trailer that can weigh up to 3.5t but only weighs ~2.7t in its standard configuration. Here’s a promo video on YouTube that I found. Seems like the wheels are tiny and under the container instead of just outside of it while the container itself is enormous and tall and a couple times the size of the vehicle itself
Oh yeah, that looks a little funny. I don’t know enough about the physics of driving to answer that, but as long as the wheels and tyres on the trailer have the right weight and speed rating, and as long as the container is loaded correctly, it should be fine. And the size of the container probably makes the wheels look smaller than they are, too.
