Oh yeah, that looks a little funny. I don’t know enough about the physics of driving to answer that, but as long as the wheels and tyres on the trailer have the right weight and speed rating, and as long as the container is loaded correctly, it should be fine. And the size of the container probably makes the wheels look smaller than they are, too.
I don’t know, but I don’t feel particularly threatened by it. (I’m not sure what you’re asking, though)
