    Boneless wings are just cut up chicken breast. They are different than chicken nuggets which are ground up chicken scraps after the quality cuts are removed.

      Fair. I am not vegan, I just don’t like most meat and there’s even more I don’t even want to try, I guess I thought of nuggets?

        Chicken tenders are from the tenderloin, which is a special cut of tender muscles along the breastbone.

        Chicken strips are from whatever cut the manufacturer wants.

        Boneless wings/chicken chunks are chunks of chicken breasts that are breaded and fried.

          There’s one tier higher than anyone realises on this list. Thai and Cambodian (and perhaps others as well) cuisine has actual wings that have been deboned and stuffed. They’re divine.
