Seems to mean something like “guide”.

My phones translator translates it as guide in English, Finnish and Swedish and from all those three the same so I’d say it with some certainty it’s more or less correct.

Googling gives “Madrikh” (מְדְרִיך) is a Hebrew word meaning “guide” or “leader”. It can also refer to a specific program or role within Jewish communities, like a Jewish professional who guides and serves their community."

Here’s a somewhat reliable seeming source talking about it

“After Netanyahu finished giving millions of dollars to Hamas, he moved on to giving weapons to organizations close to ISIS in Gaza, all off the cuff, all without strategic planning, all leading to more disasters,” Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid said on social media.

Interesting. Makes me think of Native American “Scouts” , first nations people hired by the US Army as guides providing Intel on tribes in the area and the topography.

Settler colonialism is the same all the way down.

Grim works for the intercept, and here the source appears to be “suppressed news.”

      Probably one of those two.

Grim quit TheIntercept because the board got taken over by corpo. He is at DropsiteNews now.

The source for Israel working with the ISIS gangs clans is the Israeli Parliament. But the uniforms are a new touch.
