was all of that treatment available to the average citizen?
yes, I live in Germany. the most expensive part was ordering food. I got free food from the hospital too but it doesn’t taste good.
Depends what country you’re in. In the UK thanks to the NHS, yes.

nothing expect the food I sometimes ordered because the free hospital food isn’t that good
