Probably same as standard moka pot? Looks like you just force the water through at cooler temp with this instead of waiting for it to boil?
I have a high faffy tolerance, but this seems like it might cross a line even for me!

I’m not sure you understood. I meant to ask what kind of valve is used to pump the air through, not about the safety release valve. Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
oh neat invention. maybe it just has some one-way valve(s) to keep the steam pressure in that get overcome by the air pressure from the pump.
