I used to be pudgy and unconfident because no shit that’s what happens when you chug soda all day and consider 300m an annoyingly long walk.
Now a few years after realizing i can actually fix this, i even have some actual visible muscle, and boy howdy is it a thing to look at yourself in the mirror and being unable to deny that you look kinda nice.
Like, you don’t have to be super fit or anything, just thinking about what you eat and going for as long of a walk as you can be bothered every day (wander around your room for 5 minutes at the very least) does so much.
