“The Adler District Court considered the material on an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation against Karina Oshchurkova. It was established that on 3.08.2025 the girl posted a video on social media showing the aftermath of a UAV strike on the fuel storage base in the Adler district. The information posted by Oshchurkova violates the rules prohibiting the filming of UAVs and the operation of air defense systems, which means that the actions of the defendant contain signs of an administrative offense “Failure to comply with rules of conduct during an emergency or threat of its occurrence,” — reports the press service of the regional courts.
