Of course, that also requires maintaining at least a semi-healthy level of body fat so ketosis has something to work with. Being a twig and going hungry is just going to suck in general.

It probably helps with muscle pain as well, something I’m dealing with in my legs currently because I’m not exercising as much as last time I fasted.
