Bidet water out of the toilet? I don’t understand… The bidet has its own outflow, or do you have some kind of portable bidet that you have to empty into the toilet?
For bathrooms without a separate bidet (dedicated bidets are very uncommon in North America at least), you can buy an attachment that sits under or replaces the toilet seat that performs the same function, and is referred to as a bidet. They have a separate water source that is split from the toilet’s source.
I highly recommend getting one if you don’t have at least one bidet I your house.

An addon bidet I have personally never seen here. But there are fancy toilets that already included a water jet function. We usually call those Japanese Toilets though, at least that’s how I learned it.
It’s also common to use flushable wet wipes in households that have neither.
