1·5 days agoThis is an unfortunate truth. I occasionally teach a short course on basic computer networking with a short segment on Unix/Linux to students ranging from ages 18-25 and only about 1 or 2 out of every class of 20 even knows what an “operating system” is.
I installed it a week or so ago… it was alright. Didn’t care much for the DE animations, switched back to Mint the same day. Good for the lulz (and on-demand waifu pics).
Love the brevity.
