Someone go dig up Ataturk
And disable ssh to root. Hell, just disable root login altogether and use sudo.
More or less. The biggest issue is if your or their IP address changes, it’ll stop working.
I don’t know what Minecraft’s track record is on security, but I assume it’s not great. Ideally, you’d also put public facing services in a DMZ, so that if they do get compromised, they can’t reach anything else.
That sounds like a you problem, because a PNG screenshot of my full 5120x1440 desktop is about 850 kB.
It’s research. Most of it never pans out, so a lot of it is “wasteful”. But if we didn’t experiment, we wouldn’t find the things that do work.
The Internet is not a person
Maybe. But there’s no such thing as a free lunch. It all comes with strings attached.
AT&T feels it should be granted a one-year renewal for VMware support services, which it claimed would be the second of three one-year renewals to which its contract entitles it.
The software licenses are perpetual, the support services require ongoing contracts. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of having a contract to a contract. Maybe if you’re as big as AT&T they let you do this, but having a contract that says “we have the option to renew our support contract three times” seems silly. Usually either both parties agree to renew it at expiration, or not.
It wouldn’t be… Until it is.

The weirdest part? Looking for an article, I did a Google search for “rfk jr brain worm”, and for some reason, at the bottom of the page, there was a little blurb telling me that there was a link removed under the DMCA, the original content being hosted at Onlyfans.
Sure feels like it.
Reality has a well-known liberal bias, as Stephen Colbert used to say.
But for the guy behind MBFC, he does not seem to be embarrassed by his own bias.
They are sending the card to you.
I have never seen this happen. Have you? Can you share a link?
I am absolutely not giving some Lemmy admin my address.
Cesium?
Nobody I know my age (early 30s) uses it any more. Instagram stories killed Snapchat stories. I don’t know if Instagram has a disappearing messages option though.
It’s not that expensive in the US. A few hundred is typical, and you don’t need a lawyer (though spending the money on one up front will save you from spending more when you screw it up the first few times).

You couldn’t find info anywhere? I found a bunch of starting points with that one search…
