The AI only needs to alert the doctor that something is off and should be tested for. It does not replace doctors, but augments them. It’s actually a great use for AI, it’s just not what we think of as AI in a post-LLM world. The medically useful AI is pattern recognition. LLMs may also help doctors if they need a starting point into researching something weird and obscure, but ChatGPT isn’t being used for diagnosing patients, nor is anything any AI says the “final verdict”. It’s just a tool to improve early detection of disorders, or it might point someone towards an useful article or book.

I can see value in HVAC IoT. Away from home and there’s a cold spell? Turn up the heating so your pipes don’t freeze, but also run it higher when electricity is cheaper (if you have variable pricing).
I don’t think I’d want my microwave, washing machine, or toilet to have IoT features though.

That’s more like it. In Estonian we call it “hapukurk” or “sour cucumber” which implies fermented too. You can have all kinds of different flavours too. Uh… Whatever you say, that’s not really a thing this side of the ocean. We use a lot of different things in pickles - never have I seen anyone use HFCS. Not even in store bought pickles.
I tried Fanta in the US and it was disgusting compared to the European version. If the corn syrup is what causes that and they also put it in pickles where you come from, I understand why you might prefer the salt type. But I assure you, even store bought vinegar pickles are way superior to salt pickles here.
