Never doubt the impact bad incentives can have on a large group of individual actors.

bsky doesn’t have an algorithm. If that was on their feed they followed the person or were looking at a relevant feed.
She doesn’t really have an official policy yet. Not surprising given the number of issues she needs positions on and how quickly this campaign needed to spin up. She basically went straight into campaign events. Presumably she’ll have a platform by the DNC
That seems like a bad policy.
This is what most hacking is.
Eeeh. Its reasonably to try I guess, but looking at the examples, its cherry picked promotional materials where the words jump and dive were used as swimming related puns for going to the museum. None of them were literal advertisements about jumping into the sprinkle pool.
Plenty of latino people identify as white. Another group have fled to the US from socialist countries like Cuba, and don’t like the left. Yet another have gone through the immigration process properly and resent the idea of others being able to bypass what they had to go through. (obviously there is some heavy overlap in these groups). When you add them all together its not an insubstantial % of latinos.
Trans-Equity is apparently a real estate brokerage in Florida. Maybe a backup of their website?
Northern Ireland is on the Isle of Ireland, but part of the UK. Ireland has a fraught history with the UK. Look into “the troubles” if thats a new term to you.
Also, only having to stock one type reduces inventory, which has a bunch of cost saving, even if they got a slightly more expensive base product.
In many places there is a big legal distinction between consuming and distributing copyrighted content, when torrenting you are doing both.
If I’m reading things correctly, this issue isn’t the latch failing, it’s that it’s not properly closed after being opened, something that should be detected by software but isn’t because of a deformation in the latch. Of course I have no idea if they are just lying.
I’m Canadian not European, but I think its nearly impossible to overstate how much the US’s allies don’t want Trump reelected.
Real cringe is adult quasi strangers teasing someone for what they did as a teenager.
I highly doubt that, but guess it’s not impossible. It’s still clearly a composite imagine.
The American chocolate thing isn’t about chocolate %. An American came up with a process to help preserve the dairy, however this creates an amount of butyric acid as a bi-product. Completely fine health wise, but the only time a normal person would otherwise encounter butyric acid is when vomiting. Its largely responsible for the iconic taste and smell associated with vomit. So for people that didn’t grow up eating American chocolate, American chocolate literally tastes like vomit.
They aren’t actually round. Look at the edges on her right breast against the dark background compared to how round her left breast looks. The mesh itself is quite angular still (though perhaps not as bad as Lora Croft), but the shader is using the colour’s attached to each vertex to create a gradient that gives the impression of a smooth surface.
Trump has an amount of media savvy to him which matters a lot in popularity contests. He’s also incredibly intellectually lazy and unwilling to put in the work to get things done. The signs of this are all over his first presidency and a matter of public record.
This case has awful optics but it isn’t as insane as it is presented here. First, it’s just resolving things by arbitration not dismissing the suit completely. Second, Disney didn’t own the restaurant in question, it was on their property, and they promoted it on their website. Its reasonable that an arbitration agreement for something like disney+ could be extended to the use of their website.
