Not the OP but I have read the book. It’s very unique and the story is told in some pretty strange ways. Parts are written backwards, in code, in the margin of the pages, etc. I think it’s a great experience and I’m glad to see it on that table. I’ve never read anything else like it.

Why would you say that?

In my experience, it’s a lot of music that I already know I like. I don’t feel like I get much given to me that I wasn’t already aware of. With Pandora, you create stations that are based off of a specific band or song. If you are listening to a Rage Against the Machine station, you’re going to definitely hear Rage Against the Machine and then stuff that is similar. What I do is put it on shuffle for a group of selected stations and that gives me what I want.

I’m in the 23% on the American side of the chart that uses Pandora. I don’t see any reason to switch. I’ve been working on it knowing my preferences for like 20 years now.

I don’t want AI, but strictly imagining doesn’t work as well for us visual learners. I guess AI porn would work for someone that has a fetish for extra fingers or something.

I have used it in the past. I feel that it’s more user friendly than many of the others. You have the option to message someone at the same time that you like them. You can see the likes that you get so you have the option to match immediately if you’re interested. As far as I know, there is no paid version.

In addition to things others have said in reply, maintaining eye contact is a direction given in speech and leadership classes. Looking at someone you are talking to shows interest, engagement, and respect. It would be weird in a different way if you were speaking to someone and just staring at their hands or staring off into space. It’s not that there are two options, but if you’re having a conversation with someone, it’s normal to be looking at them.

I actually do this as well because I’ve been told so much about guys looking at boobs when talking to women. I make extra effort to keep eye contact. So because of that I’ve been told “it’s intense.” That’s from people that know me so that is probably the polite version.

No experience. All bad experiences means more potential for either a lot of unchecked baggage, that person is the cause of the bad experiences, or both.

The casting choices are really questionable here. Looks like the casting was done to bring in a generic movie going audience that watches movies based on the cast, but this was only going to succeed by appealing to the actual fan base. Jack Black and Kevin Hart don’t need to be in every movie. I’m surprised Chris Pratt isn’t in this honestly.

I’d guess that it’s sodium in that case since pickles have an asterisk next to it.

Is it just the Hennessy that is being pointed to as the stereotype? Because I’m sitting here trying to figure out if there’s a stereotype about chocolate cake as well.

Super Mario World 2 is a really amazing game in both the mechanics and graphics. The game did some awesome stuff with both. It really set the way for Yoshi being a main character instead of a side character as well. Don’t sleep on it because the baby crying is annoying.
