I’ve only seen bows on chairs at wedding receptions. Not my taste for a wedding. Definitely not my taste for my dining room.

I’m overly annoyed by that mirror placement.

Candles around the bath! One behind my head got a bit out of control and caught the bath pillow. It was made from something super flammable (or inflammable?) so it went up quickly. It singed a few hairs and the pillow was ruined, but no injuries or damage otherwise!

I set my bath pillow on fire once - while I was in the bath. I was well impressed with my quick thinking just to yank in down into the bathwater to put it out. My partner was too unimpressed with my stupidity/carelessness to appreciate my quick reflexes!

I fucking love it! I thought my ultimate 70s boudoir had won the community, but this is way funnier!!

Yup. That little drawbridge thing leaves a nice gap underneath for added ventilation.

If it’s new carpet it would mean they decorated it like this especially to sell. Yikes.

It’s weird, I do hate it but I also kinda like it? A hate like if you will.

In addition to those changes, I’m adding an actual door the toilet rather than that fringing or whatever it is. I’m ditching the mirrors on the ceiling, getting rid of those steps up to the bed and replacing it with a normal bed frame. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do with the jacuzzi… I do love a hot bath but I don’t love the idea of that much humidity in my bedroom. Maybe partition it off with the toilet and make it a proper en suite?

I think all I really like is the size of the room and maybe the natural light - it’s a bit hard to tell from this angle.
