Yeah, not to mention the procession of the planet’s star around the galactic centre would be an absolute bitch. The best we could hope for in terms of any craft’s travel time is likely around 160 years, and even then only with major advancements in propulsion technology.

I was just thinking that since the centre of those was on/in the Sun, this shift might make a difference, but that makes sense.
