This kind of shit is exactly what Russia wants. Divide the US, push violence, destabilize the country. We have paths forward that do not involve violence. Now is the time to push for ranked choice voting to allow 3rd party candidates a real chance. The DNC has been out of touch for years, and ranked choice voting will allow us to side step them and choose a candidate with a real chance.

Start small and local. Connect with your local representatives. Have a conversation about ranked choice voting. Come up with a plan that we can achieve together to make this a reality.

Absolutely. I think that the best path of action is to let our local politicians know clearly that this is the desire of their constituents, and push hard to vote in candidates that support this. All of these politicians started somewhere, so the best hope for change starts locally and grows from there as word gets out.

That’s not the wisest course of action here Drag. Having a gun makes you a target for more than just bigots. It’s a death sentence in some areas - people will pull on you just to steal it, or cops will notice it and gun you down without warning or reason. There are far more effective and safe things we can do to protect ourselves/dragself.

Agreed. In the 2016 election I checked myself out of the hospital against my doctor’s advice, donned a mask, and coughed my way through the voting line with pneumonia. There’s no excuse, especially with how easy it is to absentee vote nowadays.

2 million registered PA voters did not vote.
