Between 7digital, HD tracks, Qobuz store, and my local physical media store, Tidal has never made sense to me. For $15 or $20 a month I can buy and own every track and album I want.

I use bottom-of-the-barrel Pandora for streaming when I am working out or washing dishes. That’s it.

Perhaps you live in a place with different vehicle safety requirements. In the US, uncomfortable forward-tilted headrests are mandated by the federal government.

Yeah, the headrests in cars are angled forward because it’s the safest in the event of a crash. Unfortunately, that means that the headrests are generally uncomfortable. The back of the head should be resting on the headrest; the neck should NOT be resting on the headrest unless you want to risk permanent injury or death.

If you go Android, I recommend a sony phone. Unlockable bootloaders, microsd, headphone jack, exceptional audio, good camera. And no fucking notch or hole cut out of the damn screen!

I even recently replaced the battery in my Xperia 1 iii.

When your phone is no longer locked down and working against you, it’s amazing how much more you can - and will - do with it, and the extra storage space quickly becomes most appreciated.

That your statement seems disingenuous in this context because only a vote for Trump helps him win. No one’s vote is owed to any candidate. If people want to vote for a third party that better represents their values (or no candidate - even though I disagree with this position), they should be allowed to do so without active or passive false blame being slung at them that they are somehow enabling the very genocide that they are against.

Anyone who is against Israel’s genocide is not voting for Trump.

And the technology has evolved that I can actually record and re-record to these plastic discs using lasers and it all fits inside a 1cm-tall drive that sits on my desk. And if the manufacturer uses high-quality materials, the disc will last hundreds of years.

Also some discs I can then either ink-print or laser-print on the top of it? Simply amazing.

I applaud you for voting, and for being willing to admit in the Politics Community that you voted third party. Unfortunately this place is so convinced that certain votes are owed to their party that they’ll actually downvote you for saying that you voted for the candidate that best represents your interests.
