President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Feb. 24 he had provided U.S. President Donald Trump with a list of all ceasefires violated by Russia, warning against a quick peace deal without clear security guarantees.
If we went through every war Russia was involved in, would we ever find one where they didn’t violate a ceasefire?

Such messages are typically read by aides in the first place. The president might also read them, but the aides figure out what context is relevant and how the message should be interpreted.
