No matter if you feel the price tag is too high, or feel it’s a gimmick that won’t appeal to many, the Vision Pro will usher in a new era of apps and products.
To me, this is similar to when the iPhone was getting ready to be released. Many said it was expensive, had no keyboard, was too big and wide to be comfortably held, and would never sell. That all started to change once people got their hands on the device.
I feel that the Vision Pro will have the same effect, but this is one device you’ll truly need to test out and experience. Based on those that have been fortunate enough to actually use it, it’s not a gimmick.
No, you didn’t, liar. The original iPhone wasn’t released in Canada.
If it had been, you would have paid $499 and that price would have been subsidized by Cingular (or whatever carrier you had). That’s why the phone was exclusive to a single carrier in each country.
You could not ever take that phone and buy it outright without a service contract and without it being locked to that carrier for life. They couldn’t even unlock it after the fact (if your contract was over). That’s why George Hotz was able to sell a hardware unlocked and jailbroken iPhone to some cell carrier CEO for a car.
So take your head out of your ass and stop lying. This is a learning experience. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, don’t spout off.
Asshole.
