I have a lamp connected to a UPS and I was curious about how that influences different lightbulb technologies. In my case it’s one of those curly CFL bulbs.

It won’t
Square contains much energy in the higher frequencies. Not just your 50 or 60 Hz, but a multiple thereof.
If the bulb isn’t just a bulb, but has lots if electronic circuits inside - for example, a smart bulb, or an LED bulb for high voltage - then that circuit may (or may not) break after some time.
Probably not.
For an incandescent, I’m sure it won’t. But a CFL will have an electronic ballast, and at least theoretically, something in there might not like it.
