    It kills your liver if you use it for prolonged periods of time… But totally unrelated. Just remember to drink enough water and you’ll be fine.

      Oh of course. I don’t mean to say that no risk exists with it, but it’s still probably one of the safest OTC drugs

      Also don’t take more than the recommended max dosage. Taking 10 grams of acetaminophen in 24 hours is enough for possible fatal liver damage. That’s 20 to 30 pills, depending on dosage.

      For comparison, ibuprofen has an LD50 of 636mg/kg of body weight. For 70kg bodyweight, that means consuming over 40 grams of ibuprofen (200+ regular strength pills).
