Tbh I don’t know to much about reddit mods and given that all the other Tylenol memes I saw where neutral to posesitiv about autism (oh noo my child will go into IT) and given we’re in a place with a high amount of IT nerds (where the neural divergence rate is pretty high) I didn’t really interpret the meme as calling reddit mods as autistic to insult the mods. But yes the more I think about it that interpretation probably does makes the most sense and yes I’m not a fan of that.
