I really want a classic RTS with base building like DoW1 not the hero based ‘action rpgs’ that followed.

I hope they’re right! I seem to remember RTS games like Grey Goo coming out in the 2010s with a similar focus, and then not doing selling so well.
i remember really liking Grey Goo and yeah no one i was friends with back then had ever heard of it
