In the US, I don’t think anyone reads their state driver manual. I read it every year because it’s the only thing I can be sure of that makes me better than 99% of everyone else.
I just remember it all. I had to learn it all since that was the rules. Unfortuanatly the first thing I found out about driving is that no one really knows them or really cares. Even worse you have these idiots teaching their kids the same wrong things. My drivers test was two right turns less than 200 yards apart. One left turn into a parking lot less than 100 yards from that turn and then I went back the way I came.
Thirty years later my daughters test was pretty much the same. Its pathetic and proof that this country can’t do anything right anymore and they don’t even understand why.

What new have you learned in this year’s manual compared to last year?
Even if I don’t learn anything new, it’s always good to refresh. It’s literally one hour out of my year, so not much of a sink.
