We have very strict rules about cheese, yes. Including massive monopolies on certain types, where exactly one company is allowed to procude and sell a certain cheese legally (ex. parmisan). This protected cheese type is also tracked and each wheel of cheese is indexed into an internal blockchain https://web.archive.org/web/20220519011134/https://www.foodandwine.com/news/parmigiano-reggiano-fraud-micro-transponder-rinds-digital-label . Companies reselling or using Parmiggiano Reggiano (the only company that can legally produce parmisan) must also be approved.

As we were talking about McDonald’s, the “chicken and parmisan” Italy exclusive wrap includes every single logo required by law, and uses the original cheese. Burger King does it too with the Italy exclusive Italian King (that also has Pecorino Romano, another protected and monopolized cheese). For both items all logos can be found in the mobile app, websites and ordering totems.
