I once had a GF who not only didn’t like Evil Dead, but she couldn’t understand why I loved it, no matter how many arguments I delivered. She didn’t have to agree with me, of course, but her refusal to even acknowledge my point of view was a real no-go. And the movie was just one example. What can I say? Overall, the relationship didn’t last long.
