i wonder if trump sees nato as dead weight since most of it’s members didn’t bother with defense spending as much as the united states does.
Nobody needs that much spending on defense when United Nations are (mostly) doing their job of peacekeeping.
He’s more or less said that exact thing.
Now the only thing they need is actively fighting and scheming between each other and then that will actually become an alliance thats worth the toilet paper it’s printed on.
