ofc. The goal is to destroy the country so oligarchs can come in and buy up everything at a fraction of the cost it would have cost had they not destroyed the country.

This of course will turn the US into a 3rd world economy and lose its status as a world power. The countries that will do well over the next century are the ones that can prevent oligarchs from dismantling their economies and destroying their society.
