Literally slower, not pacing. I do think most media is literally too fast and would be more benign or even relaxing if the speed was taken down a few pegs

There are so many pieces of media that need much slower pacing. The Sequel Star wars movies for one.
I find most things only benefit from auto-setting it to 0.9x speed

Yeah the pacing does NOT match if you watch immediately after finishing Andor though.
