      Maybe you’re not. Try going to protests. Talk to people in person. Leave your echo chamber and share information with those that are unaware. Small resistances get incarcerated, deported, or exterminated. See: Nazi Germany

        I should have been more specific in what I meant. I’m only talking about the elected officials who seem to be more interested in being seen to talk big than to actually do anything impactful.

          Democrats can only talk. They were voted into minority. The only power they have is the filibuster, and that doesn’t work on executive orders or reconciliation bills.

            That’s another thing that makes no sense though. Most of the executive orders are illegal, unconstitutional or just not something within executive order power, yet people are following then as though they’re holy edicts. It’s easily the most fucked up thing I’ve seen happen from the federal government because it’s so mindless and short sighted.

              They’re still to be followed until ruled unconstitutional by a federal court or overturned by Congress. The Republicans in Congress are complicit, but federal courts have already stopped Trump over 200 times since his term began. https://archive.is/zZ9zU
