(TikTok screencap)
What is this new trend of just typing text for irrelevant photos and calling it a meme or shitpost?
It looks like the stuff my friends show me in their Instagram. Just random text overlaid on top of a person doing nothing. Video form of course.
It’s awful IMO.
How is that NOT a shit post? Are memes required to be high effort?
Effort is not the issue. This does not makes sense
So anyways I clicked mark all as read and moved on.
The Bruce Almighty solution.
What’s with this trend of taking a common joke or statement and just imposing over a random person’s photo? They seem completely extraneous. There’s been a bunch like this, is it some TikTok trend or something?
- Step 1: Sit down to work
- Step 2: Open web browser to read email
- Step 3: Navigate to Lemmy
- Step 4: Navigate to Lemmy???
Ignoring my work turns me into a cute chick? Sweet
More like only cute chicks get away with doing so.
I’m in this picture and I don’t like it
Make a list. Start with a task you know you can knock out quickly. Add it to the top of the list. Knock out that task. Mark it completed. Use that inertia to do the next task. Stop when you feel better about things.
What you suggest: 1/30 tasks compete. What I see: 29/29 tasks remaining.
Keep a tasklist.
